1. New Character
The ultimate hero — SSR Nikke Laplace will join Special Recruit.
There is a 4% chance of acquiring SSR Nikkes in Special Recruit, and a 2% chance for Laplace.
You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.
You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets in the Mileage Shop for 50 Laplace Molds.
With 50 Laplace Molds, you can acquire Laplace.
During Special Recruit, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit
You can use Gems (Free/Paid) or Advanced Recruit Vouchers to recruit in Special Recruit.
When Special Recruit ends on 12/08/2022, Helm and Laplace will become available in both Ordinary Recruit and Social Point Recruit. You may also use mold items to recruit them. (Neither character will be available in New Commander Recruit and Tutorial Recruit)
When updates are completed, Helm Special Recruit and Helm Molds will no longer be available in the Shop.
2. Main Story Update
New Main Story Content — Chapters 17 and 18 will become available.

3. New Events
(1) Story Event: High-tech Toy
Numerous mass-produced Nikkes have gone missing after being sent up to the surface.
Missilis has lost the most mass-produced units of all the Big Three, and the company is experiencing serious financial repercussions for this quarter. The Matis squad has been sent to the surface to investigate.
Clear the Stage to earn development material.
You will have a chance of obtaining [Hero Dice] when you clear the event mission or use designated characters to clear the stages. Use the Hero Dice to take your first step on the [Hero Road] with Laplace, a Nikke who will stop at nothing to become the greatest hero the world has ever seen, and earn all kinds of rewards.
Mini Game—Hero Road: Rolling the [Hero Dice] will make Laplace move forward to a tile according to the number shown on the dice. Landing on different tiles will grant different rewards. You will also get Recruit Vouchers, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and many other awesome rewards based on the total number of times you roll the dice.

4. New Commodities
(1) New Character Package: We are introducing this new item to the Cash Shop. For further details, check the Shop panel.

(2) New Mission Pass: The Mission Pass will update at 00:00 12/01(UTC+9). You can earn high-quality molds and Recruit Vouchers from the new Mission Pass. Maxwell’s new costume [Mechanic White] can be earned by completing Pass Mission Lv. 15. (Pass Missions for November will end at 23:59 11/30 (UTC+9))
5. Optimizations & Misc. Updates

The maintenance and update on November 24 is about to begin, and the NIKKE official team has prepared some problems and solution you may encounter
Q1: When is the update starting?
A1:
The maintenance is on November 24th, 2:00-7:00 (UTC+9). During this period, the server will be closed and Commanders will not be able to login to the game, and the Helm Pick-up Recruitment and No Caller ID event will be unavailable. If needed, please recruit or complete the reward claims as soon as possible before the server closes.
*Maintenance time may fluctuate, please refer to in-game announcements and official community announcements for actual end time.
Q2: What am I supposed to do if I am unable to log in to the game after update.
A2:
Using login methods other than email may cause some instability. We recommend Commanders to bind your email addresses after logging in successfully. If you encounter login problems problem again, you can then try to login via email. To bind the email address: Menu > Account > Bind Email
If you are unable to login after updating the client, you may:
1. Try switching between Wi-Fi/4G network, restart the client and try again.
2. For login methods other than email or guest login, it is recommended to install Google Chrome and try logging in again.
3. If Twitter login fails repeatedly, the problem may lie with the platform. If you still cannot login after several attempts, you may reach out to the customer service at https://tinyurl.com/nikkeENsupport. We are liaising with the relevant team at Twitter and will work together to fix the login issues.
Q3: What am I supposed to do if I lost my account/ My progress is reset after update.
A3:
Commanders, please be assured that your account will not be deleted during the update process. If you encounter this problem, it may be because you have logged in to the wrong account, selected a server without an account, or used an inconsistent login channel. Please confirm that your account, login channel and server is the same before and after updating.
Q4: Have the previous bugs been optimized?
A4:
1. After the version update ends, please pay attention to the announcements in the game and the official channels for the list of optimization and bug fixes of the current version of the game.

Q5: What happens if my download crashes mid-way?
A5:
1. Clear the memory space in the phone and have at least 4GB of free space.
2. Try restarting the client and continue downloading.
3. For Android users, you can try clearing the app cache and redownload, or uninstall the app and then reinstall it. For iOS users, you can try reinstalling the app and then update.
For those using guest login, do note not to restore the factory settings and/or upgrade the device system, otherwise the account may be lost.
