The Simulation Room is a daily farmable labyrinth mode where players collect a number of buffs to enhance their team and face a series of enemies and bosses. It is important to complete your daily run every day, as it grants skill upgrade material and battle exp as rewards. The simulation room resets at the daily server reset time.

Simulation room battles are just like normal campaign mode battles, with two important differences: there is no CP penalty, and your characters will not be healed to full between battles. However, there are other ways to heal that are provided, so a healer may not be necessary. The buffs you receive in simulation room will also increase your team’s CP to represent your increased power.
This is a list of all collectable buffs and possible random instances.
Difficulty & Sector

At first only difficulty level 1 and sector A is unlocked. As you progress through the main story in campaign mode, you will unlock higher difficulties in the simulation room that can be cleared for greater rewards. There are 5 difficulty levels, each with 3 sectors. When you clear higher difficulties, you also receive all lower difficulty rewards.
- Difficulty 2: Campaign 5-1
- Difficulty 3: Campaign 8-6
- Difficulty 4: Campaign 11-7
- Difficulty 5: Campaign 14-3
Simulation Progress

As you progress through the simulation room stages, each stage you will be offered to choose between 3 random choices. The random choices offered will be between the options below:
- Normal Battle: Rewards a choice between 3 buffs when defeated
- Hard Battle: Greater chance of higher rarity buffs offered when defeated
- ICU: Choice between heal all allies or revive 1 random fallen ally
- Commanding Ability Test: Random events that can be positive, neutral, or negative
- Spec Up: Opportunity to enhance your existing buffs
At the last stage of each sector will be a boss enemy that grants a choice between 3 epic rarity buffs when defeated. When you clear the boss of sector C, you may finish your run and claim your rewards.
You can also save a legacy buff to use in future runs. If you are struggling to clear a higher difficulty level, it is a good idea to “farm” low level clears for legacy buffs for an easier clear of the higher difficulty. Legacy buffs will be reset with the simulation room at the daily server reset time.
Buff Chain

This mechanic may at first be confusing, but it is very simple. You can collect up to 8 buffs as you progress through the simulation room. Buffs come in four chain types: ▵, □, ○, ◇ (the black shape in the middle doesn’t mean anything; just the outer shape matters). When you collect buffs of the same chain type, the buff level for ALL your buffs increase. There are 5 buff levels.
- Level 1: No buff chain
- Level 2: 3 buffs of the same chain type
- Level 3: two chains of 3 buffs of the same chain type
- Level 4: 6 buffs of the same chain type
- Level 5: 8 buffs of the same chain type
It may sound like it’s difficult to achieve a level 5 buff chain, but it is actually very easy. There is a special event that turns all your buffs into the same type which instantly grants you a level 5 chain. Event types will be listed further below.
Buffs

Buffs are divided into 3 types: Attack, Survival, and Strategic. When entering battles, it will sometimes display the rewarded buff as one of these types. It is important to collect a well balanced set of buffs, so that you have both damage and survivability for the final boss fight.
Buffs can also have specific Effective Types. On the top right corner of a buff, it will sometimes display a weapon type (SG, SMG, and AR; or RL and SR), a manufacturer (Elysion, Missilis, Tetra, or Pilgrim) or class (Attacker, Supporter, or Defender) icon. These special buffs are only effective for the specified type of character. However, this allows you to stack multiple copies of the same buff. You cannot have multiple copies normally, but if the effective types are different, then you can hold more than one copy. This means that bringing a team where a majority of the units are the same group of weapon type, manufacturer, and/or class is recommended.
Below is a list of the recommended buffs to take. For the full list of all obtainable buffs and possible random events, see please refer to the original spreadsheet.
