How to Increase Bond Rank in Nikke: Goddess of Victory?

As the game progresses, you will be able to get your hands on several Nikkes using your Recruit Vouchers. Aside from being able to deploy them in battles, one will also get the chance to increase their relationship and gain affection from their Nikkes. Not only will you get to know their story and thoughts, but increasing Bond Rank will also grant you so much more. Why is it important to increase Bond Rank in Nikke: Goddess of Victory

Episodes and dialogues are to be unlocked, as soon as you increase their bond level. It starts from rank 1, which goes up to rank 10. Rank can also go up as you limit break a Nikke. For each bond level increase, your Nikke gains an increase in stats, which then makes them a lot stronger. That said, it is imperative to prioritize building relationships with the Nikkes you mostly use.

The importance of building bond with your Nikkes is now established. Aside from knowing their story and some of their thoughts, you’ll get to increase their stats which then helps the team. With these, here’s some ways how you can increase your Bond Rank with a Nikke.

Advise

Advising grants you the capability to manage your bonds with the Nikkes. During this time, you’ll get to talk with a specific Nikke of your choice and accompany them as they deal with their everyday agenda. The amount of points you’re about to get will depend on your answer. This can go from 50 for up to 100 points. Advising can only be done for a certain number of times per day ranging from 3 to 10, and one per each Nikke to give them time to absorb things.

You can do this by simply heading to the Nikke tab, and clicking on “Advise” at the top right of your screen, adjacent to Nikkepedia.

Gift

You can also increase your bond rank by giving them gifts in a form of a voucher. These vouchers are obtainable from daily and weekly rewards, outposts and by talking to Nikkes using the Messenger. If they liked your gift, you will receive higher amount of points.

Interact

A message tab can be found at the top left of your screen. In this section, you’ll get to see messages which involve mission, group chats and messages from Nikkes. Here, you will be able to have a quick chat with them every day. Talking to them grants you either a voucher you can use as a gift, or bond points.

Bond Rank Increase Rewards

Upon filling up the bar and increasing your level, you will be able to unlock another episode of their story. Viewing each of these grants 50 gems. In case you encountered the “A character data error occurred” error, simply head to this tab again, view the episode again, and then you will be able to receive the reward.

Ultimately, you will want to aim for the stats to increase after leveling them up. Bond Rank increase provides a generous amount of additional stats attribute for HP, ATK and DEF.
