What is wrong with Raven’s skill?
The community has discovered a potential issue with her Shock Wave damage over time (DoT) skill, where the damage and timing of the skill is being calculated unexpectedly and heavily underperforming.
It is not known whether this is a bug or intentional, so we have currently updated the Tier List as the current state. After receiving confirmation of this issue, we will update again accordingly.
