Newbie/Incomplete Box Section
Rapunzel: Pure Grace is a decent Nikke for starter Commanders due to her self-sustain and Attack Damage buffs. Outside of said buff, she provides nothing else for the team because her burst generation is low and her shielding, healing and max HP increase are only for herself. She should be replaced with any Burst I CDR as soon as possible.

Rapunzel: Pure Grace is a standard Sniper Rifle unit, having the same Burst Generation as Red Hood and Rouge. Due to her Full Charge and holding mechanics, she shouldn’t spam shoot for more Burst Gen unless the Commander wants to ignore her Skill 1 and Skill 2 buffs.

Skill 1: Sanctuary
■ Activates at the start of battle. Affects self.
Creates a Shield equal to 20.59% of the caster’s final Max HP continuously.
■ Activates when using Burst Skill. Affects self.
Creates a Shield equal to 20.59% of the caster’s final Max HP continuously.
■ Activates only when Full Charge status is maintained for more than 1 sec and a Shield is present. Affects all allies.
Attack Damage ▲ 10.41% continuously.
Rapunzel: Pure Grace starts the battle by giving herself a big permanent Shield. Additionally, this is being refreshed on her burst and can be recovered by her Skill 2. When using her manually, holding her Full Charge for over 1 second while the Shield is still alive, she buffs the Attack Damage of her allies for the duration of Full Charge being held.
Skill 2: Pray
■ Activates when attacking with Full Charge. Affects self.
Recovers 2% of the caster’s final Max HP.
■ Activates only when Full Charge status is maintained for more than 1 sec and a Shield is present. Affects self.
Current HP ▼ 2% every 1 sec continuously.
Recovers Shield HP equal to 3.16% of caster’s final Max HP every 1 sec continuously.
Attacking with Full Charge heals Rapunzel by an amount of her own health. This is extremely helpful because in order to maintain the buff of Skill 1, she needs to stay in Full Charge for over 1 second. Doing so reduces her own HP by 2% each second while also recovering the Shield HP granted by her Skill 1. If her HP is too low to maintain the Full Charge status, she can simply attack with Full Charge to heal back up.
Burst: Garden of Utopia
■ Affects self.
Max HP ▲ 10.13% for 10 sec.
■ Affects all allies.
Attack Damage ▲ 15.24% for 10 sec.
A very simple burst. Increases own max HP while healing herself by that amount and buffs the Attack Damage of all allies.
Campaign
Rapunzel: Pure Grace is a decent choice for people who are stuck with Dolla teams. Otherwise Commanders are best off using any Burst I CDR and having a screen debuffer/buffer for the Burst II slot.
Generalist team
Burst generators such as Alice, Red Hood, etc etc are mandatory in the Burst III slot as Rapunzel: Pure Grace is not capable of filling that role. The Commander should definitely use them if available because they deal heavy damage. Its more quality of life for Commanders who simply don’t have them when using Dolla teams.
Arena
Rapunzel: Pure Grace isn’t very usable in PvP due to her condition to stay in Full Charge for more than 1 sec. Her shielding can be used to survive longer. Her burst gen is on the same level as Red Hood so she can’t even be slotted in as a battery.
Special Interception | Solo Raid | Union Raid
Rapunzel: Pure Grace won’t see any use in top solo raid/union raid at all. However, she’s certainly viable for Commanders who don’t have full Nikke rosters. She should be tanky enough and have enough self-sustain to solo tank most bosses. Unfortunately, this forces a Burst II CDR, which are currently only Dolla and Helm: Aquamarine. They’re not bad by any means but meta Burst II’s usually have very oppressive offensive buffs which Dolla and Rapunzel: Pure Grace teams simply do not provide enough. Since Rapunzel: Pure Grace is a tank/buffer, she does not have teams she excels in. Simply slot her in teams that need a sustain.

She is main disappointment in 2nd Anniversary. Yes, she is free, but why ShiftUP decide to make Goddess Squad member outside all game modes meta. Beside of that her battle stance and burst lack of positive contribution.
Well dev logic is that its free = must be weak. Im also sad cus i like rapunzel, i expected her to show eventually but hoped she will be usable.
Either her S1 tooltip is wrong, or she needs a reassessment: in game, the shield has “which protects all allies from damage”. I think there’s some value to having shielding and attack damage boost, like Tia and Naga in a single B1, but with some tradeoffs, like no team heals
