Skill 1: Tidying Up
Activates when landing 120 normal attack(s).
Affects all allies.
Tidying Up: Damage Taken ▼ 2%,stacks up to 10 time(s) and lasts for 15 sec.
Activates when the caster’s Tidying Up is fully stacked. Affects all allies.
Max Ammunition Capacity ▲ 40% continuously.
Decent skill for what it does. Reduces Damage taken and increases max ammo when max stacks have been achieved. Since SMG’s fire at a rate of 20s, continuous fire for around 1:00~ (Assuming no reload time) is needed to gain full stacks to benefit from her increased max ammo.
This is unideal for campaign scenarios as the round will over by then. and it’s safe to assume that the uptime for the max ammo skill will be above 1/2~ of a boss fight when factoring in reloading. The effect it gives for the needed build up is rather disappointing to say the least. Damage taken reduction is rather straight forward, values are a bit on the low side though.
Skill 2: Blessing Cannon
Activates when landing 150 normal attack(s).
Affects all allies.
Increases stack count of stackable buffs by 1.
Activates when entering battle. Affects self.
Burst Gauge filling speed ▲ 300% continuously.
A rather unique skill. Increased consistency in stacking, however there’s not much Nikkes that can benefit from this except for Tove,Novel,Tia and herself. There are other Nikkes that may benefit from this skill, but they either benefit too little from this skill or they’re able to stack efficiently by their lonesome anyways. She can lessen how much time is needed to fully stack her Tidying up skill. The time reduced greatly Depends on skill level, as leveling up this skill reduces the amount of normal attacks needed to proc a stack. Information found here.
Level 1 Starts at 220 normal attacks per stack, while at level 10, it is 150 normal attacks. Her burst gauge fill buff isn’t too note worthy as SMG’s have incredibly low burst gen values. Increasing the values up to 4x still won’t compare to sniper rifle spam or rocket launcher spam burst gen.
Burst: Snowfield Festival
Affects all allies.
Dispels 1 debuff(s).
ATK ▲ 39.93% of caster’s ATK for 5 sec.
Self explanatory skill. The most notable debuffs are burn(Nihilister), poison, ATK,DEF down and self inflicted debuffs (Modernia). However this does not cleanse bind from sentry turrets. Her ATK buff is based on her own ATK. Since she’s a supporter, her ATK is lower than the attacker class, making her buff a bit less potent.
Campaign
Her campaign viability is not expected to be amazing as burst I’s are usually reserved for cool down reduction Nikkes. Doesnt help that the only part of her kit that is usable in campaign is her ATK buff, in which a SR Nikke can outshine her there in regards to ATK buff potency and burst generation. N102. She might be able to see some use against some boss fights over N102 in where cleanse might be required (Nihilister with no cover repair Nikkes).
PvP
Surprisingly, a may be OK Nikke to use in PvP due to the fact her increased burst generation and ATK buff capabilities. Mica can be worth considering to use in this game mode if the player is missing multiple meta burst I Nikkes (Jackal, Noise, Pepper).
Special Interception | Union Raid | Solo Raid
Mica will most likely be used as a “last resort” option unless the player has two specific teams. 2B teams (Limited Nikke) as explained earlier in “damage taken possible use case”, Tove shotgun teams as explained in “Interesting Stack Interactions” and Tia teams that is also explained in the same section. Even then, they can be replaced with more burst I Nikkes and would out perform her (Except for Tove Shotgun team). Tove Shotgun team MIGHT see some usage in solo raid team 5.
Tia Team
Ideal Tia comp for Mica (Will test if this team is viable, or even functional). Flex 2 Attackers will pretty much just be your strongest DPS’s, excluding Modernia due to her being forced to burst every other full burst rotation (Unless there’s no one else to use). Usable if Liter, Dorothy, Naga and Bunny twins are unavailable to use.
Tove Shotgun Team
Guilty can be replaced with Dolla, depending on how raised Guilty is. Sugar will be main DPS while Noir increases hit rate, ATK, and ammo capacity for the shotgunners. Viability of this team will be tested in the future.
Closing Thoughts
While analyzing her kit, she just doesn’t seem useful in the current meta. She does have a few quirky teams she MIGHT be able to be used in. but I wouldn’t recommend pulling for her as a newbie/mid-game player and would save up for the new years banner. Or at least roll for Ludmilla: Winter Owner if you haven’t already. She simply offers too little. However if you’re simply a Nikke collector, feel free to pull as she’s limited and won’t be available to pull in the standard banner after her banner is done.

Please note that Mica’s S2 stack buff increase is not element locked like the stack increases of other Nikkes. She can help any Nikke with personal stack related mechanics. She will accelerate and help maintain Nikkes like Sakura, Diesel, Guilty, Soda, and Nero as well as Iron Nikkes like Rupee and Novel.
She looks to have a fair bit of synergy potential with Diesel. As Diesel does a party wide reload when she reaches 10 stacks, Mica’s 40% ammo increase and stack increase every 7.5s of shooting will mean Diesel reloading everyone for large amounts more often.
Most of the listed Nikke’s you’ve mentioned can either sustain their stacks pretty well or gain stacks pretty well already and won’t need further assistance. (With the exception of Nero and Diesel). the Diesel Interaction might be interesting to note. thanks.
I want to pull for Anne miracle fairy, should I pull on Mica’s banner or Ludmilla’s banner? In case I got the rate up character, I want it to be more “worth in value” iykwim.
definitely pull for Ludmilla’s Banner.
While it might not be as necessary for them to function, it is something that should be kept in mind. Getting up to speed faster is very beneficial and should not be overlooked as their burst skills are often heavily reliant on being at max stacks.
Tanks like Nero and Diesel are also some of the Nikkes that can best take advantage of the damage reduction from Mica’s S1.
Isabel? Don’t think she fits “can sustain herself” category very well, getting her at max stacks faster should be welcome.
Mica doesn’t affect her stack gain. Nor does she refresh her stack duration (Not that it’s needed in the first place).
