Overview
- Great Burst and first parts of Skill 1
- Severely held back by how the rest of her kit works.
- Halves magazine size more often than Privaty, but without the reload speed Privaty provides, it can be more frustrating to use.
- In spite of how much crit she can give herself from S1 even at low stacks, since she is so reliant on crit, she still wants crit buffers.
- Killer thighs, amirite?
Newbie/Incomplete Box Section
K is a Burst 3 Electric DPS that relies on the last bullet mechanic to stack up her Skill 1 to crit more often and deal big damage through her S1. Thankfully, she halves her mag size as soon as she has any S1 stacks.
Unfortunately, S1 stacks go away at the end of burst time, regardless of who bursts. Her reload is slow for an SMG, meaning it’s not possible for K to max out her S1 fast enough. Teams will generally aim to burst before she is capable of stacking it up once or twice at most.
Her burst is incredibly strong, but without being able to stack up as much crit rate as she’d like if she wants to DPS properly, as well as no self-source of hit rate to make it more accurate, K can struggle to maximize the damage her burst can deal when the boss is at a long distance.

Normal Attack Information
K is a Dual SMG, so she fires off two pellets per ammo consumed. She still maintains the standard fire rate of 24/s, assuming fire rate fix is enabled. Each pellet combines to add up to around the damage of one standard SMG pellet. (4.55% x 2)

Skill 1: Scale of Righteousness
■ Activates when firing the last bullet. Affects self.
Tilted Scale: Critical rate ▲ 0.75% continuously, stacks up to 100 time(s).
Stack count of Tilted Scale ▲ 29.
■ Activates when pellets land critical hit 4 time(s). Affects the target.
Deals 23.9% of final ATK as additional damage.
■ Activates when Full Burst ends. Affects self.
Removes Tilted Scale.
K’s S1 has two powerful effects with one terrible downside. First, every time she fires a last bullet, she’ll gain 30 stacks (1 + scaling up to 29) of Tilted Scale. Each stack giving her +0.75% crit rate, so every proc except the last will grant her +22.5% crit rate, which does stack with the base crit rate of 15%.
Second, every time K crits 4 times, she will proc a lightning strike on the affected enemy which deals ~24% of final attack as damage. Since K is a dual SMG and fires off two pellets per ammo consumed, with each one being able to individually crit, K effectively fires off 48 pellets per second while outside of burst.
Against close and medium range enemies, K could reasonably land all the pellets, resulting in the effect proccing 12 times per second at max crit rate, which gives K a personal DPS of ~506% damage per second before considering crit damage multipliers, assuming she’s always critting. This is incredible DPS off-burst, except…
Whenever Full Burst ends, K removes all stacks of her S1. This is incredibly bad. She is so reliant on critting for a large part of her general DPS, the fact that she loses all S1 stacks regardless of whether she bursts or not means that she loses so much DPS at the end of every burst phase.
The meta being oriented towards faster burst gen also means K will not have the opportunity to stack up S1 as much as she’d like, and attempting to do so would hold back the entire team’s DPS. This means in spite of how much crit rate K is capable of getting from S1, she still wants crit rate buffers to compensate for her constant loss of crit rate.
Skill 2: Execution of Righteousness
■ Activates when gaining Tilted Scale. Affects all allies.
Fulfillment of Righteousness
Function: Reduces max ammunition capacity but increases attack damage.
Effect 1: Max ammunition capacity ▼ 51.13% for 10 sec. (Similar effects cannot be stacked.)
Effect 2: Attack damage ▲ 10.62% for 10 sec.
■ Activates when Full Burst ends. Affects all allies.
Removes Fulfillment of Righteousness.
Whenever K gains stacks of her S1 from firing off the last bullet, she will halve the magazine size of everyone for 10 seconds and give them a bit of attack damage. This helps her S1 stack faster and since K is able to empty out her magazine faster than 10 seconds whether it’s regular or halved, this makes S2’s effects semi-permanent.
The magazine halving effect of K’s S2 does not stack with Privaty’s S1 magazine halving effect or summer Anis’ burst, both taking precedence over K’s s2.

While K’s magazine halving is semi-permanent and provides a better attack damage buff compared to the more common attack buff, Privaty’s comes with a big reload speed buff that makes the more frequent reloads of a halved magazine a lot better to use.
If using K as your last bullet enabler, especially as she’s generally stronger than Privaty DPS-wise, another source of reload speed is desirable, which does limit her team potential, especially due to the semi-permanence of her S2.
While Full Burst ending does take away the effect, this isn’t a problem when it isn’t her turn to burst. However, due to how her burst works, it’s very detrimental when she does have to burst, causing her to have to stack up S1 with a full magazine. When it’s not her turn to burst, since magazine size increases without refills don’t give any ammo, K is semi-permanently at 60 ammo until she bursts.
Burst: Means of Righteousness
■ Affects self.
Changes the weapon in use:
Damage: 92.5% of the final ATK
Pellet Count: 10
Attack speed: ▼ 90%
Duration: 10 sec
Additional effects
ATK ▲ 63.36% of caster’s ATK for 10 sec.
Attack damage ▲ 21.12% for 10 sec.
K exchanges her dual SMGs for dual shotguns and gives herself good attack buffs. In a similar vein to her dual SMGs, the damage being shown is just for one of them, so her actual damage is 185% per shotgun attack. Since the attack speed reduction is based on her SMG firing rate, this causes her shotgun fire rate to be at 2.4/s, 60% faster than a standard shotgun’s 1.5/s.
Two things to note about this interaction: In spite of using a shotgun, like other weapon transformation skills, she is still classified as an SMG unit, so she is unable to take advantage of shotgun exclusive buffs like Tove’s attack speed, or Leona’s pellets up.
Second, while the damage shown in the skill card is for one shotgun, confusingly, the pellets shown in the skill card do count for both. This does mean that K fires off significantly less pellets in shotgun mode compared to her base SMG mode off-burst (24/s for shotgun vs 48/s for dual SMG).
However, the strength of the shotgun more than makes up for the halved proc rate of S1, giving her an effective DPS of ~588% damage per second assuming max crit rate. Unfortunately, due to the way S1 works, it’s unrealistic to achieve max crit rate from S1 alone.
One last thing to note is that when she activates her own burst, she gives herself an overkill 999 max ammo, even though she is only going to fire 24 rounds at most. This effectively forces her to restart stacking her s1 from a full magazine, unlike how she would generally not go past 60 ammo off-burst. This also guarantees her S2 will wear off before burst time ends.
Campaign
K will struggle to find a place in campaign due to how meta burst gen is. She will hold the team back if she attempts to maximize her own damage by delaying burst to stack up her S1.
Most allies will generally find the magazine halving annoying, unlike with Privaty’s, who at least provides reload speed to make it up for those that don’t have a last bullet mechanic.
Unfortunately, while she has the potential DPS to make up for it, in reality, she is unable to achieve it without a team catered to giving her more crit rate. Her potential is good, but not THAT good.
Arena
No. As a dual SMG with nothing to make up for it, she will feed into enemy burst gen way too easily.
Special Interception | Union Raid | Solo Raid
K will most likely only see use in electric raids if paired up with summer Anis, who both loves magazine size reduction and gives both a reload speed and attack buff to electric allies mid-burst, which K is.
However, realistically speaking, Summer Anis will likely be better off buffing other, more independent electric units, and most units will find K’s magazine halving annoying.
There’s plenty of electric DPS units to choose from as well, so unless a better crit rate buffer for K shows up in the future, the chance of her being phased out as a potential DPS unit for electric raids is virtually guaranteed.
Teams
Her best team, currently. The unfortunate truth is that in spite of how much crit rate K can get even with low stacks of S1, as a unit entirely reliant on critting, she wants more crit rate than what she can get by default.
This team serves to maximize the amount K can crit, and the reload speed from Maid Mast and Anchor more than make up for the semi-permanently halved magazine sizes K forces on everyone, on top of compensating for K’s slow reload speed for an SMG.
Only run this if you really want to use K. While it can work, in general play, Maid Mast and Anchor are better off buffing SBS 99% of the time, and Volume isn’t great in the current meta.
Special Note: Summer Anis
Summer Anis and K do have synergies with each other. K halves the magazine size semi-permanently. Even without the reload speed from s1 mid-burst, this does increase summer Anis’ DPS throughout a long fight on or off-burst because of how often she’ll be able to proc her Skill 2. K will also receive reload speed mid-burst time to compensate for her slow reload speed and an attack buff. While they can work well together, K will still need to find a way to get more crit rate from the rest of the team.
Strengths
- Great potential DPS
- Semi-permanent magazine halving works well for last bullet nikkes
- High crit rate
- Incredibly powerful weapons in her burst shotgun and dual SMGs proccing s1
Weaknesses
- S1 stacks being removed upon any burst time ending makes it hard to use her well.
- Since she’s not a true shotgun even mid-burst, she cannot make use of effects that would be so amazing on her, like Tove’s attack speed, and Leona’s pellets up.
- Way too reliant on crit rate for maximum DPS and not enough ways to get it in the current meta.
- Slow reload for an SMG, at 1.8s, compared to the standard 1s, making the tough task of stacking up her S1 even harder than it has to be.
- Her kit actively sabotages itself too much, curse you Shift Up!!!

I wish this cutie was better, but I do appreciate the lack of power creep to an extent.
You’re right, I do wish she was better.
I think there’s potential if volume got a fave item or some unit that was introduced that duplicates last bullet effects.
She genuinely has a solid kit for DPS (albeit, her B2 could be better in that regard), but her kit ‘sabotaging’ is fatal for her own standing.
