Skills

Skill 1: Feather Standby
Activates when entering battle. Affects self.
Summons 4 Near Feathers.
Activates when entering Burst Skill Stage 3. Affects self.
ATK ▲ 70.12% for 10 sec.
A strong skill by its own, a “passive” skill that provides a huge attack buff and some consistent damage in the form of Near Feathers. Her ATK buff activates at the start of every burst III, which means she doesn’t need to burst at all to benefit from this buff.
Skill 2: Feather Shot
Activates when Near Feather is summoned. Affects 1 random enemy unit(s).
Near Feather Attack: Deals 90.81% of final ATK as true damage.
Activates when attacking with Full Charge. Affects self.
Charge Damage ▲ 80% for 1 shot(s).
Here’s where Ein gets a bit tricky, her Near Feathers will despawn, despite not having a timer in skill descriptions. Near Feathers Attack speed depends on how many there are on field, however this increase does not seem to be linear. The ATK speed difference between 4 and 6 Near feathers is very clear.

The maximum amount of Near feathers there can be on field is 6, which is how much her burst provides. this number can’t be exceeded in any way, despite the game not telling us directly what the cap is.
Burst: Feather All-Range
Affects self.
Summons 6 Near Feathers.
True Damage ▲ 55.3% for 10 sec.
Charge Damage ▲ 140.68% for 10 sec.
Affects 10 enemy unit(s) with the highest DEF.
Deals 300.02% of final ATK as true damage.
Good Self buffs. True damage multiplies the damage of near feathers (90% x 1.553) while increasing her charge damage by a substantial amount.
when 6 Near Feathers are on field, Ein’s Near Feathers can fire 34 times per full burst. these shots will have the full burst damage modifier (1.5x), however they can’t core hit. 2 of the 34 shots fire just a bit after full burst ends, these two shots lose all the benefits of full burst buffs.
This damage equates to: 32 (Ticks) x 90.81 x 1.553 (true damage buff) x 1.5 (Full Burst) = 6,769% of true damage (excluding atk buff). This puts her burst damage similar to Sakura: Bloom in Summer.
She also has strong Auto Attack damage during her burst as well, which totals to around 9.2k%~ of ATK when accounting for core damage and full burst multiplier.
Basically, strong
Campaign
Ein has no pierce, which means that she’s a pretty bad burst battery in campaign. However her Near feathers can produce burst generation per hit, equal to a sniper shot. But this happens infrequently, and is not reliable enough.
But This can be helpful against bosses, just to help provide the team with faster burst generation, especially when pairing her with teams that just have MG’s or AR’s (Slow burst gen). As mentioned prior, two hits from her Near Feathers are just outside her full burst, this gives the team an instant 10%+ Full burst Gauge refill in boss battles. A hidden buff if you will.
Ein can still perform decently as her strong Auto Attacks can snipe dangerous raptures at any distance, which would most likely be a one shot unless facing high combat power Deficits.
Arena
Ein has no burst generation due to being a sniper, and her burst values are not strong enough to one shot opposing Nikkes. However she might have enough consistent DPS to take down some stall teams, more testing is required.
Special Interception | Solo Raid | Union Raid
As a standard Nikke, and being as powerful as she is. She can definitely find uses against all boss form content. However she does prefer ATK damage buffs, or damage taken debuffers on the team due to her already large self attack buff. Realistically, Ein would replace Scarlet in Anis:Sparkling summer teams. Like, Scarlet is BENCHED OUT, for real this time. Ein can do more damage without the downsides of self-hp drain, while also providing burst generation, which Anis: Sparkling summer teams are a bit slow at.
However this wouldn’t solidify her as a top team 4/5 on neutral element content, as the teams contending for those spots (Snow white, Shotgun team, Sakura:Summer Bloom) hugely depends on boss mechanics. Ein definitely does make a nice QoL addition in the electric DPS compartment.
Electric Weak Solo Raid
Since Privaty is usually used in Crown,Alice, and Scarlet black shadow teams now. It is recommended to use this team only on Electric Weak Solo Raid Bosses. The Commander can also opt for Rapunzel/Alice:Wonderland Bunny instead of Privaty in Crown/Alice teams if they can’t click fast fast enough, where Privaty’s Instant reload wouldn’t benefit them
Closing Thoughts
Ein is a great boss killer Nikke with possible decent use cases in Campaign and PvP.
Between Anis:Sparkling Summer and Ein. I’d pull for Anis:Sparkling Summer due to her being more flexible in other game modes and being limited. Since Ein is a standard Nikke, she can be wish-listed in the future.
