---

Overview

• Provides strong healing, slightly below Blancs healing (one of the strongest healers) during burst.
• Cleanses debuffs after third full burst. This is mostly used to maintain Mast: Romantic Maid’s drunken stacks at 3 during full burst for maximum amount of buffs without any drawbacks
• Anchor: Innocent Maid has overhealing based on her base max HP (outside buffs can’t affect this value), this is useful in PvP and facetanking single target nukes in PvE (Train, Sinister, Mace)
• Anchor: Innocent Maid when paired with Mast: Romantic Maid has the strongest buffing potential for Nikkes that mostly deal distributed damage. Currently only Scarlet: Black Shadow fits this, however there are some characters like Phantom and Quency: Escape Queen that can also be paired with these duos effectively
• When paired with Mast: Romantic Maid, they can provide amazing offensive buffs that overshadow 777 squads buffing capabilities (Blanc, Rouge, Noir) in most teams.

Newbie/Incomplete Box Section

Anchor: Innocent Maid has little use if she is not paired with Mast: Romantic Maid. This is because her kit is tailored to compliment hers. She can still be used with other Burst II 40s CD Nikkes but it’s usually not recommended unless the buffers provide massive buffs and are synergistic of each other (Blanc+Noir/Tia+Naga/Crown+Naga).

Anchor: Innocent Maid’s role in the team is to prevent Mast: Romantic Maid from stunning herself after she reaches full drunken stacks. Other cleanse debuffers are ineffective at this as Mast will be unable to ramp up her drunken stacks because of the instant cleansing, Anchor only cleanses when she has her third stack.

Despite being focused for distributed damage teams, they still provide a massive amount of ATK buffs, reload speed, and some crit rate/crit damage. This makes them more than viable with any team, more so in teams that have long reload times and don’t have self ATK buffs (MGs, Snipers, Scarlet, Modernia, Alice, etc)

Basic Information

Skill 1: Starfish (Shaped) Omurice

■ Activates when entering Full Burst. Affects all allies.
Effect changes according to the activation time(s). Previous effects trigger repeatedly.
Once: Potency of HP ▲ 30.96% for 5 sec.
Twice: Distributed Damage ▲ 30.4% for 10 sec.
Three times: Stack count of debuffs ▼ 1.
■ Activates when entering Full Burst with an ally from the same squad still on the battlefield. Affects all allies.
Recovers 3.04% of caster’s Max HP every 1 sec for 8 sec.

This skill is what prevents Maid: Romantic Maid from stunning herself after reaching full stacks. Since Anchor cleanses when entering full burst, and Mast: Romantic Maid gets a stack of “drunken” when entering burst 1. Mast: Romantic Maid’s buffs are always counted as having 3x stacks.

HP potency increases any amount of healing except final max hp buffs. This makes her healing effectively 4%~ of max HP per second. Her distributed damage buff works as a multiplier in the damage taken damage bracket (Blanc, Novel) which is rare, this means it pairs really well with ATK damage up multipliers (Crown, Mast: Romantic Maid, etc).

Since both of her skill 1 and skill 2 works on full burst (bursting isn’t needed) she can work as a sub-buffer in niche teams.

Skill 2: Sea Anemone (Shaped) Pasta

■ Activates after Full Burst ends. Affects all allies.
Effect changes according to the activation time(s). Previous effects trigger repeatedly.
Once: Hit Rate ▲ 10.13% for 10 sec.
Twice: ATK ▲ 35.02% of caster’s ATK for 10 sec.
Three times: Reloading Speed ▲ 40.04% for 15 sec.

This skill procs AFTER full burst ends, this makes her ATK buff and hit rate only active for around 60-70% of the duration of a full burst with proper cool down reduction. However her reload speed buff is basically permanent after the first full burst due to it being 15s instead of the usual 10s.

Her hit rate can help Quency: Escape Queen hit cores much more consistently without core hit overloads from gear.

Burst: Seaside Stroll

■ Affects all allies.
Storage: If the target obtained a healing effect that exceeds the character’s Max HP, excess portion will be stored, up to 60.19% of the caster’s Max HP, lasts for 25 sec.
Recovers 40.18% of caster’s Max HP as HP.

ATK ▲ 30.09% of caster’s ATK for 10 sec.

A unique skill that is currently only present with Marciana.

Stored health works as temporary HP. Stored HP does NOT affect other max hp buffs such as heals based on max HP, increases to max hp and etc. This skill is expected to reset for every rotation as the window to re-apply this buff is tight (need to fill burst bar from 0-100 in 2.5s twice)

This skill is useful when face tanking single target nukes that might normally knock out a Nikke, allowing for much smoother clears in some boss fights/ campaign stages. This also can work very well in PvP stall teams.

Campaign

Anchor: Innocent Maid and Mast: Romantic Maid is expected to raise the ceiling on how far Scarlet: Black Shadow teams can push. While they can provide a multitude of other buffs, their BiS team is expected to be with Scarlet: Black Shadow.

Duo team

Bread and butter team. Replace Alice with any preferred DPS and manual spam Anchor: Innocent Maid for burst generation if needed.

Rapi: Red Hood can be substituted with any CDR

Mastless team

Since Anchor: Innocent Maid doesn’t need to burst for a lot of her buffs, she can be used as a sub buffer for crown teams. This still allows 100% reload speed which allows infinite ammo Alice, procs Crowns passive, and provides an additional 30% damage multiplier for Scarlet: Black Shadow.

Arena

Since Anchor: Innocent Maid is a RL, she has above average burst generation in PvP. Her burst may allow some unique stall teams. It’s expected for her to be at least usable/decent

Special Interception | Union Raid | Solo Raid

Anchor: Innocent Maid is expected to play a big role in Solo raids and special interception.

The duos can free Crown from Scarlet: Black Shadow teams in solo raid, allowing for more flexibility in team building. This team should be easy to use as well due to their great sustain, making solo raids a bit less try-hard.

For Anomaly intercept, both of them are BiS against Kraken, which should make rock farming a lot easier if the Commander has Scarlet: Black Shadow.

Kraken

Rapi: Red Hood,Mast: Romantic Maid,Anchor: Innocent Maid,Scarlet: Black Shadow,Alice

Rapi: Red Hood can be replaced with any CDR. Alice CAN’T be replaced by Mana here as Anchor: Innocent Maid will steal charge speed buffs from Scarlet: Black Shadow.

Harvester

The duos can work well with quency and phantom because both of these Nikkes have distributed damage bursts, and a good chunk of their damage comes from that.

Although the buffs are a bit diluted as Quency and Phantom have a lot of similar self buffs. Tia,Crown/naga teams should still work better but is an option if the Commander has an incomplete Box.

Solo Raid/Anomaly Teams

Best in slot teams is already mentioned in the Campaign section. More will be added in the full review If any more meta/viable teams have been found.

Should you pull?

Absolutely, very strong pair that can be paired well with any team. One copy of her is fine, but still does prefer dupes as her ATK buff is based on casters ATK, which dupes give more. Anchor: Innocent Maid will be available in the wishlist a bit after their banner ends, so dupes can be acquired from there after.
